We always take pride in our work, we want you, the contractor to be proud of the works you have delivered in the Highways Sector. We will always work with you and “Strive for the Best”, promptly supplying information to key staff within your company, and responding to the need for change quickly and efficiently.

We will not take line management responsibility for your staff, but promise to feedback any conduct that we feel is not appropriate or any non-conformities that can be damaging to your works. We endeavour to do everything that is considered reasonably practicable to ensure safety standards are at a premium.

We will identify and report:

• On-Site processes that are not in line with your Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Vehicles, Contractors, Sub contractors or employees that may be non compliant with regards to the law and Health and Safety, inc PPE
• Report works that may be considered sub-standard or unethical.
• Ensure site operatives are properly briefed to the tasks they have been asked to deliver, either by us or your own staff.
• Ensure that any Traffic Management your workforce will be entering is compliant and fit for purpose, recommending changes directly to the TM contractor to improve safety.
• Conduct and report back on the results of any site audits, either completed by us or the end user.
